Great Britain, SECTIONAL Road and Topographic Tourist Maps.  Scale 1:50,000.  Size 34" across by 35" high.  British Ordnance Survey edition.  Shows all types of roads, road numbers, tracks, footpaths, long distance paths, gradients in percentage of incline, gates, road tunnels, passenger can vehicle ferries, selected cycle routes, national cycle network numbers, trails, danger areas, bridges, footbridges, tunnels, viaducts, railways and railway stations, bus stations, forests, glasshouses, national heritage sites, parks, administrative boundaries, national parks, clubhouses, post offices, mileposts, public houses, monuments, battlefields with dates, heights in meters, information centers, parking areas, picnic sites, caravan sites, public telephones, golf courses, public conveniences (toilets), and youth hostels. 

      These wonderful large-scale maps are so detailed that you can even see individual buildings within a village, and are packed full of information to help you really know an area.  Each map contains a wealth of tourist information, including camping and caravanning sites, picnic areas and viewpoints, and selected points of interest.  Great for touring the back roads, hiking and cycling, as well as doing genealogical research.  The topographic lines are represented at every 10 meters.    SAMPLE MAP
